My name is Melanie and I have the absolute best job in the world as a Manager of Field Expansion with Beautycounter HQ. I coach, train and mentor our incredible community of Consultants, to help them grow profitable and sustainable businesses. What is so amazing about my story is that I started out with Beautycounter as a Consultant. I worked as a Consultant alongside my former full time freelance graphic design job.
Here is my story: What I didn’t like about my job was that every year, I was working harder and harder for less money. I was excited when I found out about Beautycounter because I saw it as a way to finally earn what I am worth. Within 4 months of joining the company, I grew a tribe of excited entrepreneurs, advanced to the director title, earned countless incentives, including a luxury getaway to Santa Barbara. The picture above is from that trip and what you can’t see is how overjoyed I was to be joining the top 1% of the field who had also earned their spot at Bacara. That weekend was one that I will never forget. I owe my success as a Consultant to the stellar training of my team and to the passionate and hardworking women that I worked with.
It is beyond my wildest dreams that I now get to encourage and train our field of over 30,000 consultants in the U.S and Canada every. single. day.

Just because your hair is “natural” does not mean that the products you use are safe for your health. If you are “natural” and don’t know what is in your make up, gel nails, body wash, and deoderant, we need to talk. I love educating MY community. When we know better, we do better.
